I work exclusively in the area of Marketing Strategy.  My clients, regardless of industry or position all gain the same advantages of working with me – they are moved closer to their customers.

We all know that customers are important, the lifeblood of the business, but volatile, unpredictable and always changing.  We know that we have to keep up with our customers’ needs and wants if our business is going to grow, but sometimes the internal issues just seem to get in the way.

This ‘strategic drift’ can be sometimes subtle but is always dangerous.  If the business drifts for too long alignment suffers.  Revenues and profits only come from satisfied customers; as the alignment shifts, so the offerings aren’t quite as good as they used to be, customers aren’t quite as happy as they used to be and suddenly profits aren’t what they used to be either.

This is where I come in.  I help you to re-align your organisation to the customers and markets you want to serve. This might mean finding the customers who have left and attracting them back or it might mean finding new customers.  It will certainly mean looking at the market in a different way.

None of this will be achieved through guesswork, latest business fads or short-term fixes but through working with customers.  Together we will establish the strategic vision, gather the customer knowledge we need, test the solutions in the marketplace and bring the rest of the organisation to focus on the all-important customer.
